The company was great to work with, I ordered 2 handles and 1 had a small crack in the end, and that could have been from shipping. I asked if they could replace it, and they took care of it. Later on I discovered an issue with the 2nd handle, so I let them know. She said no problem we will send you 2 new handles, and they were there in 2 days. I couldn't be happier with the customer service they provided. As far as quality of axe handles, I was very pleased with the direction of the grain, the look, and the feel. I will definitely be placing more orders here in the future.

Very professional they took care of both the inside and the outside of the car even buffed out some of the door dings can't even see them now would definitely go back, they seem very busy and we're also taking care of boats LOL
