Would highly recommend using this company their representative Caleb came and gave me an amazing quote then they had to have someone else come back out and give me a more detailed write up on the repairs so we were able to get the financing we needed to get the new system and then their service technicians that came and installed went above and beyond for me and did an amazing job including an issue with my hot water heater that I didn’t even know was an issue no additional charge fantastic company, and amazing people
Shiloh Smith came out to do our seasonal check up on our air and heating unit. He found there was a freon leak. He worked for over an hour trying to find the leak, to no avail. He called the office and had the leak search charges dropped. All we paid for was the freon itself. He has been to our house numerous times and is very personable and professional. A definite asset to the company.
We called Paschal for water found on floor. Rick the plumber was sent out to diagnose. He found that the drain on the ac was clogged. Not being the ac man he preceded to fix the problem anyways. Thank you Rick!
