Absolutely love this place! I am not a car person by any means but the way they were able get me in quick, test drive my car, and be able to explain what was going on with my car and the step I could take next truly helped. I’m going back to them always.
I was moving from Tulsa Ok to Pittsburgh Pa. When I crossed into Missouri I heard something like breaking off in engine compartment. I pulled over and turned off engine. After letting it cool down I turned it back on and heard and saw a piece of the serpentine belt fly out. I called C.R. Auto-works and received no answer, Chelsea called back less than 5 minutes later. Chelsea asked if I could send her a picture of my VIN and be there before 6:00 pm. She can replace my serpentine belt. It was 5:05 and 17 miles away. I told Chelsea, I be there to please order the belt. I got there 5:30Pm and belt got there 5:45. Great place to go and good people. They put a motor in my 04 f150 a couple weeks ago and have had zero issues. They even called me today to see how everything was going and to make sure I was on top of the first oil change. That my friends is something pretty much no other shop does and it's appreciated
