Great at billing. We received bill before they even did the work. Had the previous firm for I've 25 years with not one complaint or problem. They bought out my old firm, took over and I ask if the rates would change. They did not provide any clarification on the billing till they started sending the statements. Of coarse it went up. No big deal. Then they show up sometimes 4 weeks after the month was over to do the books. But the bill was on time. They gave me the wrong quarterly estimates and I was fined $3000 for late payments. Would not respond to my call. Now they want $1400 in fees and threatening to turn me into collectors. I doubt the owners know the whole story! This is about to escalate.

Hired them to take care of my business monthly and annual returns. Previous firm had our book done by the 15th of the next month. They would not even show up even close to that. Always had an excuse. But when I gave them a 30 day notice. They dropped the account immediately. The only thing they are good at is billing. After doing out taxes with another firm it came to our attention that the estimates Beussink gave us were short and it cost us $ 3000 dollars in penalties. Very good at sending billing statements but not able to find the time to show up to do the work. Had a business for over 30 years and have never seen the lack of help when taking over an account. Absolutely do not recommend this firm. Failed to disclose the billing schedule when ask!!!David shared that they are too big to be able to get back with us in a timely manner. the normal response time would be two weeks. This is when the bill comes before the work is done.
