Cara, and Dr. Lee Friendly made sure the visit went well. Did great on the first try to be fitted for my partials . Amanda at the front desk was very pleasant, understanding and check in was quick. Consult the gentleman name I believe was Josh or Joshua was very, start to the point on how much the total amount would cost what payment plan was best for the treatment. What more could you ask for a wonderful experience of transforming your mouth into something beautiful. Highly recommend Aspen Dental.
Cara is one heck of an assistant!! Helps make the process at the dentist more relaxed and has jokes, which is great. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to visit the cape Girardeau location.
Very professional atmosphere and friendly faces! Aurbri was very Informal and what she was doing, also answered any questions I had! Shawn the manager was also very Informal On explaining prices and insurance and how each procedure were going to be done. Looking forward to working with Aspen dental for my dental needs.
Update 1/5/26 had my 3 crowns out in and Karrie was the assistant and was very informal on any additional questions I had. As always Amanda has always been friendly and polite at the front desk any time I come in! Aspen dental has really changed my life and there working on gaining my confidence back on my teeth.
