I don't write many reviews but felt this was needed. I want to give my highest recommendation to Matt Fox who went above and beyond to help me find homeowners insurance for a very difficult area to obtain homeowners insurance in. Although Arnold was unable to underwrite a policy for the home I was inquiring about, Matt proceeded to further assist me in finding a carrier that might be willing to. He even followed up with me multiple times to find out if I had any luck with my search. I can't say enough good things about Matt - this kind of customer service is unheard of these days. We started with Arnold Insurance and our agent, Russell Brown, when I brought my small business to uptown Jackson. Russell was amazing and walked us through the process with ease. It did not take long for my husband and I to switch our house and vehicle insurance over to Russell and Arnold insurance as well. They beat the rates we were paying and gave us the same, if not better, coverage. Russsell has been so easy to work with and is always willing to answer any questions we have. We are so thankful to have him!

Brandt Daigle at Arnold Insurance helped me save money on my house insurance and his customer service is great! The best part is I can call HIM with all of my questions and claims. Switching to Arnold Insurance was the right choice.
