The Neels team did a fantastic job replacing my failing hot water heater! Travis came out shortly after my call and made the initial assessment and got me scheduled. Dylan & Dakota arrived today and tackled a difficult job extracting and replacing the water heater where the air handling unit was blocking access. One thing that stood out to me was that all three technicians exerted professionalism and took pride in their work and the finished installation! I will be recommending Neels Ideal Plumbing, Heating & Air Service to anyone and everyone who might need plumbing or HVAC service for their home or place of business!
I own multiple condos in the Branson area that I rent out for short term rentals and inevitably something will go wrong with the plumbing at the worst possible time. Every time that I have a plumbing issue I reach out to Neels Ideal Plumbing and they have been amazing to work with. They are always prompt, honest, and their prices are reasonable. Travis especially has been amazing. He does great work and keeps me in the loop with pictures since I live out of town. I definitely recommend them if you find yourself in need of a good honest plumber.
Travis did a great job. Not just fixing the leak in the tub but finding out we don't have a leak in our home that would create our water bill to double every month for the last 3 months.
