Scotts is absolutely the best. I waited six months to write my review so my brand new Amama heat pump and A/C would go through both a cold winter cycle and into some hot temps in the summer. My heat was shot and needed replaced ASAP and also an extreme temperature drop, and an ice storm was moving in. On Monday I called and by Thursday they had my new unit installed and running like a top. Thanks to Jason and Skyler the guys that installed my new unit. They answered all my questions, and it was pleasure having them in my house. Thank you
Since purchasing our home a few years ago, we have used Scott’s a few times to take care of issues with our HVAC system. Everyone from Scott’s we have dealt with have been courteous and helpful and have always resolved our issues in a professional manner. A few weeks ago, our heater did not seem to be working correctly. Scott’s determined 2 of the 3 elements were bad and our firebox needed to be replaced. Since it was a 14-year-old system I asked for recommendations to replace it. After reviewing their options, we decided to go with an Amana heat pump. This is the second time we've called Scott's to come and service our heating/air conditioner unit. The technician came out and trouble shot our unit and found the problem within 30 minutes. After he was finished, he talked with us and gave us some really good advice about filters and our thermostat. He was very knowledgeable and helped us to understand how we can get our unit to run more efficiently. When all was said and done, our bill was less than $140!! We highly recommend Scott's.
