The Greg B review is absolute BS. I have pictures and screenshots of the original invoice and our conversation. I repaired the floor of his shower and THAT DID NOT FAIL and he admitted that. He is the one telling lies regarding the entire situation. He had an air void develop at the top of his seat in the shower. We DID NOT REPAIR THAT AREA! 35 yrs in the business and that wouldn't be the case if I did subpar work.

Russ at All Surface did an excellent job repairing a major issue with my master shower floor and my guest bath tub floor. As Russ began to make the repairs he found much bigger issues that existed under the master shower floor. Russ stayed in touch with me as he worked through the repair of the shower floor and the structure of the floor and joists under the shower that had been modified in a previous bath remodel. Russ was very professional through the process and diligently worked closely with a plumber to rip out and completely replace the plumbing that had to be removed to allow access to the subfloor. All Surface does great work. The attention given to ensuring the work space, like wrapping the room in plastic to prevent messes, is gratifying. Most importantly All Surface is prompt to their committed work days and times. If you want to make an old bath shine like new then I recommend that you check out All Surface.
