Been dealing with MRC for about 5 years now. I have done a decent amount of business with them in that time and in 2 different counties. I'll never go anywhere else for my HVAC services. MRC is the best in the business. Outside unit quit kicking on last night. Called them this morning at 8am and they were able to squeeze me in by around noon. I was at work and my wife and 2 daughters were home. No concerns at all about them being there when I wasn't. They are the most trustworthy and respectable people. This is a very reliable and trustworthy company. I help my mom with her affairs because she is elderly and has dementia. She was having trouble with her heating and cooling system. I live out of state, so I googled companies and called one to get out to her home to look at her systems. They told me I needed to replace everything and quoted me a really high price. My mom is on a fixed income and this would have been a big blow. So, I decided to get a second opinion and thank goodness I did. That's when I found MRC and I've been with them ever since. I knew both my AC and furnace were on their last legs when I called for my AC finally dying. Mark was able to come to my home within a day during busy season and went over my options. He did not try to sell me an overpriced system I didn't need and offered to replace the AC alone, but I decided to replace the entire system including the furnace. He and his employee came back quickly and got the new system fully installed within a few hours. The staff at the office was very courteous and kept in communication with me through the whole process, and the quote was well below what I expected it to be.
