My wife and I had our home windows replaced and couldn't be happier. From John the sales person to Justin the installer lead, we were greeted with nothing but knowledge, experience and great customer service. Window replacement in itself isnt cheap but definitely worth the investment. Dalco came in with a decent price and quality product. Working with this team was one of the best experiences.

July of 2021 Dalco installed siding, new gutters and soffits on my home in South County. Larry installed everything by himself, did a great job. Jake Carbrey was wonderful to deal with. When I phoned Jake, he returned my calls ASAP. When I emailed Jake, he emailed me ASAP. Jake answered all of my questions. Since July of 2021 all of the work Dalco did held up perfectly through a number of severe storms, hail, heavy winds, etc. I am a satisfied customer.

Sales and reception - kind of green - CInstallation - top notch, experienced, accurate and nothing was broken (did show an hour early after no show!?) - AManagement - shoehorned me in late day schedule only to not show or call!!! I was promised "no later than 11:30-12:30" "done no later than 4" - at 1:15 I called to learn they were not coming.I was getting a sliding back door and my home was 85 degrees when learning THEY wasted my entire day and did not respect that. Management wanted me to call them so they could explain what happened. I think I know. You tried to maximize profits by working a mature veteran installer too hard and your internal conflict/issue... read full review
