She paid so much attention to detail, making sure it was lined out and even all over, she even shaved up the back of my neck. Old time barber shop with donuts and coffee when you walk in. “Tom has been cutting my hair every 3 weeks for a year and a half. He takes his time (45 minute appointment) and is very meticulous and a perfectionist. At the beginning of each appointment he asks if I was happy with the last cut and if there is anything he could do different for today’s haircut. I appreciate the hair wash after the initial cut and that he makes any tweaks needed afterwards. The neck shave is a bonus. I will never use another barber.“
