My son, who is on the autism spectrum, has greatly benefited from the training provided at this ATA facility. Over the past year, he has experienced remarkable growth in strength and confidence. Witnessing his progress has been immensely rewarding for both him and our family. Inspired by her brother's achievements, his little sister eagerly joined the training as well.As a parent, observing their development from the sidelines fills me with pride. The staff at the facility are not only supportive but also highly knowledgeable, providing a nurturing environment for all students. ATA in Brighton is an absolute game changer. My child has learned so much more then martial arts here. They have learned respect, discipline, and confidence. Highly recommend sending anyone here!!
The classes are a great atmosphere for learning discipline, dedication, and teamwork. This is a safe place for children & an unbiased place for adults to experience martial arts. Master J. Cather is highly devoted to instilling the values of ATA and committed to teaching and guiding all members on their own personal level. I have witnessed extraordinary strength & determination in her students.
