I require a lighter touch because my body will tense up with deep tissue, and he understood that assignment. The massage was relaxing and the location is extremely attractive and inviting for guests. I felt like everything was great, except I did feel bad because my phone number in the app to schedule was saved from a previous person who uses the same system and it was wrong. Honestly, I felt like it upset the therapist but I honestly didn't know the phone number was saved from before....it was an honest mistake. I was using a standard nail salon that I learned was making the ingrown nail worse by continually cutting it down and not addressing the actual issue. Kat braced my nail and over a few months the nail is actually growing out and no longer causing discomfort. Kat is super professional and easy to talk with. She has a comfortable setting and though the cost is higher than standard nail salons, you will be getting a much higher level of care and knowledge for your feet!
