First of all when I called to make an appointment I’m thinking it would be A long wait, but it wasn’t. They got me in there within three days. I was met by some nice people the receptionist take care of me and when it was time to go to see the dentist, it was the dentist and Assistant, they were good at explaining things to me So that I could understand and then the doctor came in and talk to me as well. Well at the end I was told they were not equipped to help me at that time, but he told his receptionist to see if she could help me and boy did she she called around and she actually made my appointment for me my experience with Aspen dental was good. From the time I was greeted in the lobby to the time I was walked back to the lobby it was apparent everyone here was happy to be doing the work they are doing. So refreshing to be around positive people. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a very long time and was treated with care and respect. I’ll be back. It was a joy!

So they told me something that I was already clear on. After a co-pay of $50 each visit, my insurance pays 100% of minor work that needs to be done. After a co-pay of $250 each procedure, my insurance pays 100% of what needs to be done. They found this out and told me and still proceeded to put me on a payment plan, which I was confused about. The woman at the dentist told me they don’t really do co-pay plans but was saying we’ll see once my six month waiting period. What’s up? I told her that if I don’t have enough since my insurance starts over in January, they can reuse it ( My insurance covers $3000 max per year).
