Blues City is a fun gym with great people! I am newer to CrossFit I just started 2 months ago in December and the coaches are very helpful making sure you are doing everything right. It’s a short commute for me as I am in U City.
Originally, I picked Convergence Dance and Body because of its location. I live just two minutes up the road and knew that gave me the best chance of actually going to dance each week. I dislike exercising, to a fault. Dance is one of the only things I enjoy that could be considered a workout. So, location was a priority. I've stayed for over a year now because of the staff. Roxanne is an extremely skilled and experienced instructor. She is also very personable, making classes fun and relaxed. I've never laughed harder during exercise! I've never regretted going to class and always leave in a better mood. I've gained the skills and confidence I need to get out into the social scene for West Coast Swing. I've also seen Dr. Carter for chiropractic care. He is a competent and knowledgeable provider. He's been able to get me in quickly after acute episodes of back and neck pain. Now I see him about once a month, usually when I can feel my neck stiffen up. He uses a variety of modalities to address the specific needs of his patients. I expect to continue with Convergence for a long time to improve my dancing continue chiropractic care.
Anthony does fantastic work. Very particular and wants everything perfect. In addition, he's a delightful guy.
I was not treated as just someone who walked in the door, but as a client needing help with both my back and neck. I trust her first. I could have gone to other chiropractors, but the care and the goals i have are taking with great love and caring.
Came in with a dress on and zipper was stuck walked in and immediately was helped by the owner she was so sweet and understanding and got me out very quickly. She did it all for free I was so thankful
Steve and Steve are wonderful. A stopped up kitchen sink ended up being a bit more than that and they took care of it quickly and reasonably. They could have made it a bigger job than it was perhaps, but they came up with code compliant AND cost-effective solution. They're skilled, responsive, honest and very nice guys, too. Hire 'em!

Ms. Mary is the most fantastic, flexible, amazing, caring massage therapist in the business. She is so patient and offers great massages and therapy if you need it! You have to try her amazing Ooey gooey butter cookies. They are better than Schnucks and they melt in your mouth.

I wasn’t happy with my previous vet clinic and I have an xl dog who is extremely aggressive specifically at the vet’s office. His previous vet couldn’t get within 5 feet of him which was impacting his care. I learned about the fear free certification and switched to this animal hospital.
Everyone here is so kind, so gentle, and my dog almost drags me to get inside and he’s glad to say hi to the staff. They are super informed and they always answer my questions. My dog even let the vet give him an injection without a hitch. They’re all amazing and I have nothing negative to say.

I have been with Brentwood Family Dentistry for over a year and have been very impressed. They run on schedule and have had good experiences with the dentist, the hygienist and the front desk. I joined St. Louis City Fitness a couple of months ago, and I’m so incredibly impressed. The environment is inclusive and welcoming, and the gym has everything you need (personal training, HIIT, Pilates, etc.). Most gyms that I’ve previously tried have attempted to push me into goals that didn’t resonate with me (targeting a specific body fat percentage, etc.), but from the moment of my initial assessment, Justin has listened to me and helped me push toward my goals of improving physical and mental health and longevity. It’s a highly motivating yet non-intimidating environment. I feel I have finally found my health and wellness family here. I highly recommend to anyone to check it out!

I highly recommend locally-owned business, Flooring Galaxy. The owner, Michael is knowledgeable about his products, came out personally to measure for flooring and delivered the wood himself. He is always available to answer questions and lend a hand. When we struggled to match the wood floor vents to the wood floor color, he recommended a professional (Austin) who did a marvelous job. He offers superior customer service that you won’t get at most places.
My 14 year experience at Gyrotonic St Louis Central continuously exceeds my expectations. Without the in-depth knowledge and expertise of my master trainer (Anne) and Debbie, I would not be able to function without a cane or walker. Great spot to get a tan, they have personal airbrushing available, spray booths, and UV tanning beds. The service is always great, I had never used the spray booth before and the young lady who helped me made it a very comfortable and easy experience. Hours are nice and the tan has always turned out great!

Daycare has great teachers that care. Hours that fit most work schedules, healthy food provided, swim lessons and gymnastics if you want. All in a great program.
For starters the building is very nice and welcoming my son instantly feel in love and so did I, the workers were very nice, friendly and working very well with me. My son being a first timer there he had an excellent experience with the workers. Linda my therapist was amazing!! The hot stones were right temp for me and she put the right amount of pressure on all the places my workouts had knotted up! I highly recommend her!!
