I’m giving two stars only because everyone else was really nice, like my medical assistant, Tammy, but I am not please with my experience with Miracle Anderson the nurse practitioner. I feel like she was rude and short with me. I also feel like she really brushed off a lot of my concerns and symptoms. I don’t like that when I questioned her about not giving any weight restrictions even though she was ordering a ct scan for a hernia, she put her hand in my face to “hush” me and snapped that we were looking into it. I have had good experiences with staff and doctors when I've had a scheduled appointment. However, I am disappointed that they don't seem to keep spots open for patients who need to be seen right away. I have had a fever and coughing for 4 days (I tested negative on a home covid test). I am pretty sure I have bronchitis. It's October 20 and they said the doctor could see me in December. I had to call my insurance company to find out Mercy Urgent care is open and it's only one door down from my doctor's office. I'm afraid this visit is going to be costly. I will be looking into finding a new doctor who is able to take same or next day appointments.

I love this clinic and the Doctor we currently see as well as all the nurses here. However, when my husband called today to cancel an appointment well in advance for our baby’s pediatrician appointment due to him being sick, Danielle was very rude. She stated that he was out of luck trying to get an appointment for next Monday. She had also deeply exhaled in annoyance and when he said thank you for your help she said “thanks” and hung up on him.A grown up should not be acting that way and it really made me question where my baby is going.
