Expensive, lack knowledge, lack knowledge of tax law, lady at the front desk is extremely rude. When my wife and I were in office we witnessed her argue with another customer before starting in on us. Lost our paperwork and had to request it from us a second time. Needless to say we will never be going back and won’t refer them to anyone. Wish it was still Beardons.

Go elsewhere. I've had my taxes done here since before Meador & McCasland bought the business. It has progressively gotten worse. Last year, I gave them my documents in March, and in mid-August they still had not done my taxes. I had penalties and interest added by the government and they refused to make it right.

Disorganized and Inefficient. No since of urgency to correct their problems. We had to resend tax documents after an employee of theirs (Joyce) left the business. This made our taxes very late. They didn’t even file for an extension, so now this is costing us money.Apparently they only have 1 person reviewing all the unfinished taxes. No communication from them at all. I have to call them to get information, which really is just one of the staff (Connie) saying “I don’t know” anything and can’t give you a timeframe.
