If I could give 0 stars, I would. The only positive interaction I had with staff here were the kind receptionists. I will give my review of two specific employees that I believe did not meet the minimum expectations for quality care.Jody, who I have seen 2 times for separate injuries, does not treat patients with compassion or kindness when evaluating injuries. She told me "you can do better than that" when she evaluated my leg strength after I sprained my entire back which led to a pinched nerve that left my entire right arm paralyzed. What an unfriendly group of people! If you are having a bad a difficult day I would HIGHLY recommend not going to this location until you feel able to deal with cranky staff and unfriendly nurses. I guess they “get the job done” and that’s all that matters!

We had an appointment and they made us wait for about 1 1/2 hours. They took everyone in the waiting room who came in before us and after us. Nobody explained or apologized for the wait. We were paying for this out of our own pocket. If we were on company time, I wouldn't have found it so aggravating. Not a good experience at all.
