I used Coltrane for a home inspection and a sewer inspection. He was prompt and showed up when scheduled. He was very thorough on both inspections and got the reports to me in a timely manner. The reports were thorough, clear and concise. Very professional and personable. Willing to answer questions and go into detail on anything you may want to know more about.
