Very unprofessional, came out a week ago said they would have to order part. Every time we called said part hadn’t come in. Asked for tracking number could not give one, finally after a week of waiting and no heat was told part was never ordered! Would not recommend!

Live on Indian Point and happy this place was the closest on Google Maps. I called them first and Caleb came out right away. He could have easily convinced me to buy a new unit (mine is 30+ years old), but he recommended I fix this one because it would likely last me MUCH longer than a new one. We discussed effeciancy, and decided that since this is our "auxilary" AC that that was not a huge issue. Bottom line is Caleb could have easily made a LOT more money, but he was more concerned with doing the right thing. Rare find these days!!!

We called and scheduled for Branson HVAC to come look at our A.C. unit Monday to come look at it Friday and they call us Friday saying they are unable to come check it out because they are too busy with other people and need to reschedule. They said they had too many people calling and complaining that it's going to be a really hot weekend and they are just swamped. Professional? I THINK NOT. I am a pregnant woman who could overheat and they obviously don't care that we need our A.C. looked at just as much as anyone else. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Never going to use them.
