Best self care day! The light therapy sauna was so calming, I almost fell asleep. After the sauna, I got a lavender neck wrap in the lounge, then went in for my 45min Swedish Massage10/10. The atmosphere was beautiful and calming. The staff was so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed to feel most comfortable.

My husband and I just had a 90 min couples massage. Jessica G and Tiffany J were amazing. We have had enough massages to know and we both said that was the best so far. We had the therapeutic massage. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thanks again Jessica and Tiffany! Wish we could take you home to MN! 5 stars for sure!!

I’ve enjoyed several massages at Birch & Willow. But today, Amanda gave me a stellar massage. The changing areas are clean, and everyone is very professional.
