We were given a time of between 4-6. The technician arrived at 4 pm. He was very knowledgeable, offered suggestions and had our air conditioner fixed by 5pm. Their customer service was fantastic from the person who answered our call to the tech that came out.

My AC stopped cooling so I called Aire Serv at 9:00 on a Saturday night asking for a service tech visit on Sunday morning.
Andrew arrived about 10:30am, was professional, friendly and solved the problem for under $100.
