I visited this facility in August and had a great experience (well a pleasant experience when you knock a toe nail off). Nurse Donna and team were very patient and calm. Took their time with my nail extraction and eased my nerves. Office staff was kind when I called ahead and arrived. They were busy, but attentive and kind.
Dr. Ballard and staff are a fantastic group who have been tending to the many medical needs of myself and my family the past 10 years. Very professional, great sense of humor, efficient and a joy to be with in times of need. We are very grateful to this group who continue to provide superior medical services for this community.
Great place with wonderful people you couldn't ask for anything better professional s at what they do I would not go anywhere else , why when they are in Branson West !!!! ????
