We needed two new garage doors and these guys knocked them out no problem. The process was very easy and their communication was very clear. They were straight forward on price and very flexible if you have old parts you would like to salvage and re use. We now have two beautiful doors that we were able to customize however we pleased.
Jan of 2024 my garage door was hit. The next day in -20 degree weather signature came and buttoned it up. My wife and i were very
appreciative. The original door was 26 years old and as we know they have a hard life.We wanted to upgrade with a new door and called Signature. Kendrick and his team were very professional and followed up from top to bottom. Signature's owner and service tech turned my day around!
Went out to the garage about 8:00, pushed the opener button and found I was going to have to open it manually - a torsion spring had broken. Oh great, how many days will I have to hassle with this before it can be fixed? I contacted Signature Overhead Door and Remodeling, sent them a Google Maps pin location (I live several miles outside of Boonville) and in less than 30 minutes the service truck and tech were at my house. Less than two hours later the repair was complete including custom fabrication of a new set of springs! Staff was personable, well-skilled and totally customer service oriented!... read full review
