Hired them to install gutter guards. Said they would be out in about 3-4 weeks. Never got a call to schedule. The day I called to ask about it, the intallers showed up. Afterwards they were talking about the type of guards being good although not the best. They installed the wrong gutter guards. I ordered the top of the line and got the bottom of the line. When the sales rep came out he said yeah that's the cheapest ones. He said he would have the invoice fixed and would give me a discount because they messed up. I finally called back because I never got an updated invoice. They finally sent a new invoice. No discount on it. On all three invoices... read full review

Bolivar insulation came in and insulated my whole house. They were polite, courteous and professional. Their work was done quickly and very well. I was very pleased with the level of customer service and quality of work.

The salesmen Sam was very polite and easy to reach. We hired Bolivar insulation to spay closed cell foam on our new construction. Their spraying team was very unprofessional and was smoking cigarettes inside the home. We reached out to Sam and he said it would be taken care of. The next issue was that over 100 spots on exterior wall had less than 1 1/2 in of foam. We payed for 2in on the wall and 3in on the roof deck. They came back out and “fixed” the low spots with canned foam. The issue with canned foam is that it is an open cell foam that does not act as a vapor barrier.I have currently been waiting about 3 months to get a spot about the size of a golf ball foamed... read full review
