New patients, including those with hearing impairments, are made to feel at ease by the kind and understanding staff, led by Dr. Alumbaugh. Patients appreciate the thorough and considerate care they receive, with staff taking the time to communicate and check on their comfort. The office has a positive atmosphere, and the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Alumbaugh is described as phenomenal at her job, with an excellent bedside manner, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything to patients. The dental hygienist, Vanessa, is also praised for her gentle and thorough cleanings.
As a new patient, I was a little apprehensive but Dr. Alaumbaugh , her assistant (sorry I did not get her name, and the entire staff, , were extremely kind. I am hearing impaired but was made to feel at ease. Very professional, and I highly recommend
Everyone at Blue Cedar was very pleasant, knowledgeable and considerate. Starting with the person answering my initial call to the dental assistant and Dr. Alumbaugh, everyone was caring, compassionate and professional. My last dental visit at another practice was not a pleasant experience. My visit today was very pleasant. They communicated everything that was going to be done and checked on my comfort frequently.
