“I highly recommend them, they always answer all of my questions.
We have taken all 5 of our animals to them and they treat them all well.
2 of those animals are German Shepards, the techs and vet aren't skittish around them like I've experienced at other places.
We unfortunately lost one of our dogs to cancer, and opted to end his life here in warmth and comfort with the whole family there. Three trails let us bring in the other animals and stay as long as we needed. They made everything as comfortable as possible, given the situation. 5 stars for Three Trails!“

“This was my first visit to this vet My cat was very sick and had been throwing up a lot. My old vet had retired and I wasn't sure where to go so I brought him to Strothertowne. They took such good care of him and made sure he was completely healed before they sent him home. He came home today and he is his old self and feeling great running around like a maniac as usual. I can't say enough good things about Dr Stidley and the entire staff at Strothertowne. They are all so kind and caring and kept me informed and updated on his condition the whole time. IWe will be regular clientz there from now on.“

“We had to make an emergency call to Eye Care for Animals at 11 p.m. The staff's communication and responsiveness were amazing right from the start. We were schedule promptly and our dog's issues were treated very quickly. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. Dr. Sisler did a great job explaining our options and the reasons for treatment. We cannot recommend them more highly.“

“I am very pleased with this place. The vet guy isn’t really a people person but he is wonderful to my dogs and that’s all that matters! I have been taking them to a vet 30+ min away before this for years to try and treat allergies and they never solved the problem. Within 2 visits seeing this place, my dog is feeling much better. “I have been going to Arrowhead Vet for a couple of years. All of the staff, including Dr. Epstein, is top-tier. They are caring, personable, and consistently go above and beyond for my dog. I always leave there feeling taken care of, with my questions answered. On top of all of this, they are affordable compared to any other vet I have gone to. Highly recommend.

Also, they are a smaller operation (only 1 vet, more customer service-oriented, less corporate-feeling), if that is appealing to you.“

“I have been taking our 2 cats here since we moved to this area 8 years ago. Dr. Neal is fantastic and always caring. Recently our older cat was diagnosed as having advanced kidney failure. Dr. Neal was nothing short of extremely compassionate and caring. He also didn't try to do more tests just to run up our bill. When the time care to let our baby go, he met us on his one day off so that our cat wouldn't suffer. I can't explain how incredibly nice this man was especially when dealing with the terrible loss of a beloved pet. My husband and I were also very grateful that his bill was so reasonable. I would highly recommend him!“

“Baa nice that some people are concerning about keeping animals happy and healthy. Certain "farms" in the area have let their pigs freeze to death because of their own incompetence.“

“If you haven't been in caves before in a semi-truck it can be a little bit intimidating. These aren't bad, just take your time and you'll be fine. Signs are displayed throughout the caves to direct you to whatever place you are going to be picking up at. No cell phone signal once you're inside so make sure you have all the information you need to pick up a load. I loaded at Zoetis, got in and out pretty quick.“

“I've always a had good experience anytime I've needed Dr Snyder. And right now, my kitty is in recovery after an attack from another animal. She and her staff have been too kind helping me look after my cat over many days. They have helped to guide me nursing her back to healthy and as always, I learned a lot. Dr Snyder and the staff really care about animals, and they absolutely show that with every visit I've ever had over the years. They are also very informative and very friendly. I recommend Old Town Vet to anyone who ever asks for a vet. She is the BEST! I'm so grateful I found her.“

“I started coming to this clinic in June of this year after relocating.
The staff from the beginning have been extremely friendly, they were great with answering questions and getting one of my puppies scheduled for her spay (which was done very well).
Today Annie spent 35 minutes on the phone with me to schedule appointments for 8 of my 9 pets. She never seemed inconvenienced, answered all of my questions, and confirmed everything several times before we got off the phone. Super impressed with the high level of empathy and customer service.“

They are easy to make appointments with and have been able to squeeze me in a couple of times. Makes it am easy choice for where to kennel my dogs knowing my vet and staff are right next door.“

“We have been going to this vet clinic for over 20 years . The staff is fantastic!! This is the only place so far that takes in anyone without an appointment. So , of course the wait is a lot longer but worth it !! There prices for anything is better than anyone out there. Check it out for yourself. We have had 10 dogs over the years and unfortunately had to help 6 of our pups cross the rainbow bridge.. The veterinarians are fantastic with that ! They truly care about your pets .“

“I am leaving this review for the dog trainer Michelle, she is absolutely phenomenal!! She worked with me and my sweet girl Ember through the adult behavior class and now through the AKC class. She has the best attitude and always is so excited to us and the progress ember makes. She handles every situation to perfect even when there are unruly dogs in the store. I cannot speak more highly of her she deserves so much credit and praise. I encourage everyone to go through classes with their pups here.“

“Honestly, so kind. You can tell by their tone and their attentiveness that they just really care about animals. These ladies went out of their way to make our dog comfortable and to make us feel comfortable with her in their care. There was also a way to set up some type of payments. And it wasn't even that expensive given the 5 Day over night stay our dog had spent there. Also, their facility was extremely clean. 10/10 compared to the other hospitals around town this pick is a no brainer. Thank you!“
