“My husband and I initially embarked on dance lessons with the intention of dancing better for our wedding. Pris played an exceptional role in guiding us towards the perfect music choices and dance styles that worked well together. The amazing learning experience we had with her during our wedding preparations led us to continue our dance journey with her.For anyone interested in learning ballroom dance, I wholeheartedly recommend checking out Mid-west Dance Center. It's the perfect place to discover the joy of dance and enhance your skills under expert guidance.“
“I knew Justin when he was personal trainer at the YMCA in KCK. He was always very polite, comforting and available for questions. He lived talking about his kids and his wife, and I eventually them. I even met his brother. I'm still staying in shape.“
“This has been an amazing experience. All done from my own home 5 hours away. The meal plans and grocery guides made this plan so easy to follow. The support given from @betteryoufitness helped keep me encouraged and on track. I cannot recommend them enough.“
“I can’t say enough great things about Eagle Fitness! The entire culture they’ve created in this gym is amazing. Everytime I come in the gym I feel like I’m a part of the family. It’s extremely affordable and has great equipment on top of being 24 hours! This is a gym that truly cares about the people who go there“
“Great experience at EXOS. Wyatt is an excellent physical therapist who takes detailed personal injury information, sets up a plan, and explains in great detail how things are progressing and what results to expect.“
“This gym is exactly what I was looking for in what I want in a gym! It has old school style weights that make it seem like you’re actually lifting instead of plastic. The equipment is always clean, tidy and put away. The staff is always very friendly as well! They always have a smile! Plus it’s close to home“
“Toby is the man! Been working out here with Toby the owner for the past four months and couldn’t be happier. Great gym and people.“
“Our teenage son has been training at Complete Strength for the past year. He loves training here. He enjoys working with all the trainers: Brian, Ben and Will. The workouts designed for our son are customized to meet his goals, they are varied and specific to his sports as well as taking into account any training volume away from the gym. We see the training at Complete Strength to be an exceptional value.“
“I should probably wait until the end of our therapy to assess my overall impression, however am pretty happy for now and wanted to give my initial thoughts. This is a clean and very accessible location. They offer plenty of appointment options, and have a number of staff that focus on range of motion, strength and identification of movement weaknesses that trigger injury. While we were here for an ankle injury, it seems there are other movement chain weaknesses (like glutes) that could be leading to some repetitive injuries and weaknesses. So they focus not only on the injury, but working on things to decrease its chance of occurrence. I appreciate that, but it makes it difficult to know what their anticipated plan is as far as number of sessions or cost is upfront. I guess there is no way to know for certain because everyone is different but it would be cool to know the typical recovery time, number of sessions, etc.The therapists are quite comprehensive and typically do 5-10 motions/movements exercises per session and provide guidance and instructions for movements to do at home. From a covid perspective they are super cognizant, wear masks, provide sanitizer, clean pens, and sanitize between patients. From what I’ve seen they pay attention to and listen to your issues and don’t just simply focus on physician diagnosis. They want to know long term goals and take feedback on therapy. So far so good. But I don’t have any long term assessment for cost or success compared to other physical therapy practitioners I’ve used in the area.I would definitely give them a try. They apparently also do performance training as well.“
“This is a small cozy gym with a caring owner. Coaches and owner are super down to earth and understanding people. The gym is clean. While is so what smaller than most gyms it makes up for it in charm and at home feeling. You will love this gym. Bathrooms are clean and machines are cleaned often. Never had any issues with any equipment. It’s always In Top shape. To the owner: thank you for having a really Awesome and enjoyable gym location! Keep up the good work!Love this location and love anytime fitness.“
