Christophe did a great job repairing our toilet. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process of getting parts to setting the install date smoothly. We really appreciate his professionalism and friendliness. He is very trustworthy and adds value to Roto-Rooter.
These guys are great. They came out so quickly and took care of my flooded basement. Found out where the problem is. Gave us a quote and resolved the matter in a very professional way. Highly recommended.
Very good service, kind, and professional, respectful of property! Was a main line clean out for regular maintenance of an old line. Was a little late, that’s why it’s not five star. Visit was promised between 8 and 10 AM, but didn’t arrive until close to 11 AM.
