Rayne Storm was great, the salesman kept me updated and went through all the steps with us and responded to texts very quickly, usually within an hour. He explained what we had to do with the insurance and mortgage company, we never had a claim before so it was all new to us.
I had great experience w/Rayne-Storm with my roof that had hail damage. They returned my calls promptly, followed through on everything my insurance provider requested, and the final bill had no hidden surprises. Ronnie was patient with me when I had tons of questions about the estimate. I would definitely use them again for any roof or gutter needs I may need.
