“I can't say enough wonderful things about the Vetco in Blue Springs Missouri. I came to them in tears because my dog was very sick for over 2 months and the previous vet was bleeding my pockets dry with no answers and no compassion. Vetco techs and doctor was straight to the point, listened to me and didn't overly act like they cared until $$ came into play. My pup got better super fast and then had a small relapse, I called concerned and scared I was going to spend more $$. They listened and told me what to do, provided medication I could pick up immediately. it cost me nothing but time (and the RX) Thank you so much for everything you did for my pup and myself .“

“I highly recommend them, they always answer all of my questions.<br>We have taken all 5 of our animals to them and they treat them all well.<br>2 of those animals are German Shepards, the techs and vet aren't skittish around them like I've experienced at other places.<br>We unfortunately lost one of our dogs to cancer, and opted to end his life here in warmth and comfort with the whole family there. Three trails let us bring in the other animals and stay as long as we needed. They made everything as comfortable as possible, given the situation. 5 stars for Three Trails!“

“I am very pleased with this place. The vet guy isn’t really a people person but he is wonderful to my dogs and that’s all that matters! I have been taking them to a vet 30+ min away before this for years to try and treat allergies and they never solved the problem. Within 2 visits seeing this place, my dog is feeling much better. I can’t thank them enough!!! And prices are very reasonable.“

“I have been going to Arrowhead Vet for a couple of years. All of the staff, including Dr. Epstein, is top-tier. They are caring, personable, and consistently go above and beyond for my dog. I always leave there feeling taken care of, with my questions answered. On top of all of this, they are affordable compared to any other vet I have gone to. Highly recommend.<br><br>Also, they are a smaller operation (only 1 vet, more customer service-oriented, less corporate-feeling), if that is appealing to you.“

“They were able to get me in at the last minute (even as a new client) and did such a great job with her grooming! I mentioned that my dog had anxiety in the crate and to see if they could be quick with her because of this. The gal at the front desk held her in her lap while I left. I obviously don’t expect this all the time, but I loved seeing how sweet she was with my pup! I truly felt she was in great hands. I will definitely be coming back!“

“I have been taking our 2 cats here since we moved to this area 8 years ago. Dr. Neal is fantastic and always caring. Recently our older cat was diagnosed as having advanced kidney failure. Dr. Neal was nothing short of extremely compassionate and caring. He also didn't try to do more tests just to run up our bill. When the time care to let our baby go, he met us on his one day off so that our cat wouldn't suffer. I can't explain how incredibly nice this man was especially when dealing with the terrible loss of a beloved pet. My husband and I were also very grateful that his bill was so reasonable. I would highly recommend him!“

“I've always a had good experience anytime I've needed Dr Snyder. And right now, my kitty is in recovery after an attack from another animal. She and her staff have been too kind helping me look after my cat over many days. They have helped to guide me nursing her back to healthy and as always, I learned a lot. Dr Snyder and the staff really care about animals, and they absolutely show that with every visit I've ever had over the years. They are also very informative and very friendly. I recommend Old Town Vet to anyone who ever asks for a vet. She is the BEST! I'm so grateful I found her.“

“BEST DOGGIE DAY CARE THERE IS!!! Our dog Lottie LOVES it here. The staff knows Lottie by name and are so welcoming. They do fun activities for the dogs. Lottie loves the days they do bubble activities. They have themed photo shoots each month. The photos are too cute! We buy our packages in bulk which makes the daily price a fantastic deal.“

“I am leaving this review for the dog trainer Michelle, she is absolutely phenomenal!! She worked with me and my sweet girl Ember through the adult behavior class and now through the AKC class. She has the best attitude and always is so excited to us and the progress ember makes. She handles every situation to perfect even when there are unruly dogs in the store. I cannot speak more highly of her she deserves so much credit and praise. I encourage everyone to go through classes with their pups here.“

“Honestly, so kind. You can tell by their tone and their attentiveness that they just really care about animals. These ladies went out of their way to make our dog comfortable and to make us feel comfortable with her in their care. There was also a way to set up some type of payments. And it wasn't even that expensive given the 5 Day over night stay our dog had spent there. Also, their facility was extremely clean. 10/10 compared to the other hospitals around town this pick is a no brainer. Thank you!“

“It's not bad for a lot of things but some things they have priced way to high like $60 for a basic cat carrier or $30 for a standard litter box. The consumables like food and litter tend to be ok and it's cool to check out some of the pets they have in sometimes.“

“I scheduled an appointment and they were able to get me in the next day. They had great customer service and was ready for us the second we walked in the door. Our dog absolutely loves them even after blood work was done. The appointment was quick and easy. The prices were amazing too!“

“So I called to get shot records for my daughter to take my dog to a festival that requires proof. Somehow, Savanah knew my email address before I even told her my name. And then, almost before I finished my sentence requesting the records, she had already emailed them to me. It was borderline amazing! She's either super efficient at her job or psychic. In a world where I seem to have so much trouble even getting to talk to a customer service person, this was the best I have ever received.“
