Kristen is great! We discussed what I was looking for ahead of time and my hair turned out just like I wanted! Kristen has a great sense of humor. Everyone in the shop was friendly. I highly recommend her!
She is a Rockstar! She is so much fun and she knows exactly what your hair needs. She takes the pictures or thoughts that you are wanting for your hair and she also takes into account the type of hair that you have. She then creates a masterpiece that leaves you feeling refreshed and brand new! She is literally a Hairapist she is there for your hair needs and also there to let you vent about life, take a nap, or just sit in peace if that’s what you need. My hair is fine and thin and my vision of what I want is taken into consideration and we talk about what she can do that will resemble what I am wanting. Kristen is always up for the challenge when I want to change my hair color! I have been seeing her for the past couple years now and she never fails me ❤️ we always have the best conversations as well!
