Outstanding customer service from office scheduling, to salesperson, to great installers. 6 Windows were installed in less than a day. Polite and helpful workers cleaned site when done and did a good review of working the windows. Highly recommend!

Chet and his team did a great job on our house. My wife and I really wanted to get new siding, windows and deck on our house so we gave Chet a call. Chet was very professional, he came over to the house, showed my wife and I samples and ultimately cut us a fantastic deal to do all the work. The job did take longer to complete but I can't put that on them as this was all during the height of the pandemic, so manufactures in general were behind. But once the materials came in the actual work went by really fast. Chet's installer, Carlos, and his crew came through and did the siding and windows relatively quick. Kansas City Siding and Windows recently replaced my old rotten wood siding with polymer siding and replaced multiple exterior doors. I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was working with this awesome company! From the very first call until the project was completed the communication was excellent. This was initially my biggest worry since I live at the lake of the ozarks and was unable to make it to the project during the entire process!
