I do a lot of selling online through sites like Poshmark and Depop. I usually go to this post office for them to scan the QR code and ship it. One day, one of the workers told me they no longer scan QR codes despite it being addressed "USPS" like it normally does. Came back just recently, and apparently they're still scanning QR codes. The office is just a bunch of lazy workers is all.

went in to get a package and to ask about another package that got delivered. they only gave me the key to the parcel locker that had 1 of my 2 packages in. i was yelled at by 2 different workers, the worker that helped me was rude and consistently cut me off when i was speaking. she asked me questions that she would've known the answer to had she not cut me off and let me finish telling her the details about the situation. she slammed my change down on the counter in front of me. when she asked me for my name and phone number so the supervisor could get in touch, she rolled her eyes at me twice, and made me repeat myself multiple times when i was already on the verge of yelling my phone number at her, i was not whispering. i was already talking louder than i usually would having a normal conversation with someone. my experience was horrible and resulted in me feeling frustrated and angry with their horrible customer service.

A little frustrating one they never answer and two I have the most laziest post people ever I work from home and there was no justifiable reason to why they could not deliver my package and then I get a notification saying that I will get my package in a few days I'll because it was a failed to deliver how they never even came here super mad and I want this fixed
