Highly recommend this company! Larry came out and fixed my drain at a very reasonable price (compared to other companies) and was very good about explaining to me what was wrong. And just an around friendly guy!
My mother has used John at Gene's Plumbing twice now, first for her bathtub faucet leaking behind the wall and then about a year later to solve an unusual problem she had with her outdoor spigots, which were not hooked to city water. John quickly fixed the bathtub to her satisfaction, and found the perfect solution for the outdoor spigots. The price was reasonable both times, and workmanship top-notch. My 92-year old mother is very pleased with this company, as am I. Thank you, John!
He knows his stuff. Found out right away it was a bad thermo-coupler. His bill was a little high but he came right away on a sunday and squeezed us in between 2 lobs. Now that says dedication to your client. I won't hesitate calling Gene in if something goes heywire.
