“Took my tot in today for her 2 year check. Everyone was so friendly even when I needed to change my appointment last minute and update the insurance on file before the next morning. All the front desk ladies are so sweet from the moment you walk in and they get you back fast. The dental assistant was amazing and was even able to get x-rays of the front teeth. She explained everything she was going to do and what the Dr. was going to do which made us feel very calm. Dr. Ben was so quick and gave helpful at home instructions. “I've had the pleasure of visiting many dental offices in the KC area and this place is HIGHLY underrated. It's nestled in an area with mature trees and there's no blaring neon signage like the corporate dental offices have, so you wouldn't know that it's there unless you knew where to go. Diana is a joy and made it absolutely quick and easy to schedule an appt. They are one of the only dental offices around here to have Saturday appts. It is the only dental office I've been to that has done perio probing, a cleaning, charted current fillings, meticulously checked each tooth for cavities, and looked for any cancerous lesions in a new patient appt. Some other offices I've called were very obscure about what would be provided during a comprehensive exam. Dr. Ma and his hygienist Megan made sure to answer any questions and concerns I had about my oral health. Top notch.“
