    EXCELLENT service. Our a/c quit working late afternoon and Dan was out within a couple of hours. He went straight to our outside unit and started diagnosing the problem. He quoted a reasonable fee to my husband and by the time I got to meet him, he was already done...took him about five minutes. It was such a blessing to have cool air blowing again in this Missouri heat and I will always call Dad's Heating and Cooling when any future needs arise. I have already told my in-laws about them and appreciate a company that still values professionalism and quality service in this post COVID world where so many others just don't care.     Great heating and cooling company. Very prompt to getting your issues resolved. Plus if you have future issues very prompt with addressing those issues. You’ll never be without heat or ac with dad’s heating and cooling.

    I’m not sure I have the words for the customer service that Dad’s Heating and Cooling provided to our family!We live in SWMO but have a family member in the KC area that needed their furnace checked out. A different company came in and gave our brother in law the most dire news and said to “turn off the gas right now” and “don’t use the furnace”!! They then came back and said “well, on top of that, you need a new air conditioner and it’ll be $13,000.” The units are 10 years old.My husband thought to get a second opinion and called Dad’s. They sent a tech out and informed us that there was nothing wrong with either unit. They went above and beyond... read full review
