Wanted to switch to a pediatrician closer to home than we had previously been seeing. Dr. Cockerell came highly recommended to me. We absolutely loved him and all of the staff for our first visit to their office.
Yesterday was my first experience at the Blue Springs location and I was impressed by the whole place. The waiting room was obviously kid friendly and fun, the nurses were all so kind and then the doctor made my daughter who was very nervous extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.
Kudos to this office. They treated us so well from start to finish. My son was sick. I went to multiple urgent cares who weren’t taking any walk ins because it is two days before Christmas. Even Children’s mercy urgent care wasn’t taking walk ins. I called this office and they were willing to see my son even though they weren’t his pediatricians and had never seen him before. I was warned ahead of time that there would be a wait. The whole experience was much quicker than any urgent care I’ve been to on a normal day. Thank you guys, your hard work has brought peace to us this holiday season.
