Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to KaelenJ Esthetic in Blue Springs, MO, on Main Street! After struggling with a stubborn spot on my face for months—despite antibiotics and waiting for dermatology—I finally tried her glass facial. It combined dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, an oxygen mask, enzyme mask, and LED light therapy. The first 48 hours, my skin peeled a lot, but I learned that what I was dealing with was a blood blister from an earlier attempt to extract a blackhead. Kaelen was amazing throughout the process, and she even got it cleared up! Check out how it looks today in my second video. Healing will take time, but I’m feeling optimistic and plan to follow up with dermatology if needed. Kimberly is amazing at massage! I had rotator cuff surgery back in November. I still struggle with being able to bring my arm completely above my head though. She has been working on the muscles and my shoulder has improved so much even after a couple of visits! I would highly recommend her.

My mother has used John at Gene's Plumbing twice now, first for her bathtub faucet leaking behind the wall and then about a year later to solve an unusual problem she had with her outdoor spigots, which were not hooked to city water. John quickly fixed the bathtub to her satisfaction, and found the perfect solution for the outdoor spigots. The price was reasonable both times, and workmanship top-notch. I knew I did not have the tools to do the job myself. He left to get the part needed and returned to finish up. Simple job. All went well.

We cannot say enough about how fast and professional Will and his crew handled our roofing emergency. From our initial call at 4:30am when returning home from vacation, to a roof leak and puddle in the dining room, Will returned our call at 6:30am, came right over, got on the roof to check for holes etc. Patched the leaky spots and got on the insurance claim when determining the amount of hail damage. The full roof was then done in a day. Beautiful!! Gutters done a couple weeks later. Also beautiful. Very pleased. Thanks All or Nothing!!

I've had the pleasure of visiting many dental offices in the KC area and this place is HIGHLY underrated. It's nestled in an area with mature trees and there's no blaring neon signage like the corporate dental offices have, so you wouldn't know that it's there unless you knew where to go. Diana is a joy and made it absolutely quick and easy to schedule an appt. They are one of the only dental offices around here to have Saturday appts. It is the only dental office I've been to that has done perio probing, a cleaning, charted current fillings, meticulously checked each tooth for cavities, and looked for any cancerous lesions in a new patient appt. Some other offices I've called were very obscure about what would be provided during a comprehensive exam. Dr. Ma and his hygienist Megan made sure to answer any questions and concerns I had about my oral health. Top notch.

Goldsworthy fixed my back long term. Medical doctors wanted to do surgery. No way. It was sciatica and he fixed it. I go back once a year when sciatica rears its naughty head.When my hubby was told he had to have back surgery we had Aston read his x-ray. Aston agreed his surgery was necessary.

UPDATE May 2023 Massage 1 hour is now $70 I'm shopping around... ...UPDATE November 2022: The price for 1 hour is now $63. STILL EXPECT to tip $20. It's still amazing! This time, I asked Coco to use the heated rocks, and they were completely amazing! I call ahead to make sure Coco is working. I always tip 20$ on an hour massage because 1 full hour massage is worth 80$. They expect this tip. I make sure it's a full hour. If there's any type of communication issue or I just want to chat, I use Google Translate and make them read it. Make sure you use [simplified] Chinese. If you go to a regular massage place, you pay over $100 for a 40-minute massage, out of an hour massage, because they waste your session with health questions and bs. Expect to pay a $20 tip and specify 1 full hour, aka 60 minutes, and put your foot down. On my first visit, I told them I would tip AFTER my massage because a tip should reflect the service. I did this with Google Translate. Now I just go in, and everything is good.
