Curtis called to introduce himself and to let me know he was on the way. He arrived shortly thereafter and got right to work. Very courteous and efficient. I would welcome him back into my home. It relieves my mind to know that Rudroff is on call whenever I need your service!
Bill Braham arrived on time and got right to work. He was very courteous and efficient. Although, he did find an issue with the system, he will order a part and return to install. It relieves my mind to know that the furnace will be up and running when the temps drop and that I need the humidity where it should be in my home.

We have been working with Rudroff for years now; between helping us to limp along an older system until we could afford to replace it, helping us with a lightning strike and giving us options to look after our family's allergies, I can't say enough good things about them. Today, we had another great service call. Always a kind and informative experience that we highly recommend. Five Stars!!!
I had an emergency where my air conditioner stopped working during a 90+ degree week. I chose Rudroff due to their good reviews. The technician, Jerry, was able to come the next day. He was friendly and very efficient in fixing the issue for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.
