Jim and his team are detail oriented professionals. They were referred by a friend and we've had them out three years now. Great work and quick to deal with an unexpected hiccup in service. Will be having them work for us again.

Dennis came today to clean our ducts & he was both friendly, professional & punctual. Sometimes working with contractors , you get none of the above but not with this company they're fantastic to work with! Prior to the work being done I spoke with the owner Jim multiple times and he was very thorough at explaining the process. 10 out of 10 all around, highly recommended!

They responded very quickly to my message for an estimate. They responded to a message I sent over the weekend that I was perfectly comfortable waiting until the next business day for a reply (which I did not expect but very much appreciated). They emailed the estimate w/ explicit detail on the job to be done. They called us the morning of the appointment to let us know they were en route. They texted a photo of the person that should be arriving for security purposes. Upon arrival and inspection, they noted that we did not really need one of their services I had asked for and I very much appreciated their honesty and integrity.
