I've been going to this Ballwin location for almost 20 years. Clothes are always done correctly and well, and the staff is always friendly. In all that time, there has only been one time that I was charged incorrectly for a comforter that I brought in early because I got a 20% off coupon and the staff member did not deduct the discount. Since I only saw this girl a couple of times, I think she was a temp, but as I said, this in my experience, has NOT been the norm.In fact, today, a Saturday, I forgot the time and realized I had not picked up my "Rush" order that I needed for Sunday. Very friendly staff. I use Starcrest Cleaners weekly. The drop off is great, you pull up, they take your garments out of the car and when your order is ready they hang them up in your car. What a great service.

I have been going here for quite a few years now. While the personnel may change they are all greatly trained. My orders are always handled without issues and they are more prompt at their completion of my cleaning than I am in picking up!Services: Clothes pressing
