I rarely write service provider reviews but feel compelled to publicly congratulate the team at Poynter Landscape for their excellent work on our backyard retaining wall project. Heather provided a detailed plan which incorporated our ideas and concerns. The installation of the wall went flawlessly with ongoing communication and supervision by Neil and Carlos. I was amazed at everyone’s attention to detail and professionalism. My wife and I are very pleased with the completed project and readily recommend the fine people at Poynter to anyone interested in a top-notch landscape company.
We used Poynter Landscaping for the original landscaping when our home was new 20 years ago. We turned to them for a refresh that took place in May. I can't say enough about their attention to detail in the design team's desire to redo to my satisfaction. Then the install crew were amazingly hard workers getting each detail of the install just right and I admit I'm pretty picky. I also signed up for the first time for maintenance this year. I was skeptical I admit about if they could deliver. But truthfully, the crew leader and his crew have under promised and over delivered. One happy customer right here!
