    Mr Appliance provided professional and courteous service from start to finish. I wasn’t sure my 30 year old washing machine could be repaired but I didn’t want to purchase a new one. Devan R was able to quickly diagnose the problem and replace the damaged part in the same visit. He was also able to look at a cracked glass cooktop on my stove and confirm that it could be replaced on a future visit. I’m glad to have found a reliable, competent service to repair my appliances.

    Five star service. I was very happy with how everything turned out in the end. Mr. Noah, our technician, was excellent and very knowledgeable of our problem.

    But the reality of the situation is and was, that we had to purchase three separate parts (on two occasions) and wait two different times frames before the work was fully completed and our refrigerator returned to normal operations. That is just the nature of troubleshooting appliances. The bright side to this was Mr. Appliance only charges one labor charge for the entirety of the work performed.

    Had Mr. Appliance come out to service my LG Double Oven. Top oven wasn't heating. Noah L. was the Senior Technician that came out to the house. Very nice and professional. Very knowledgeable about the product just from looking at it. Diagnosed the issue within minutes. Noah L. had the part on his truck and had the faulty part out and the new part installed in about 10 minutes. From start to finish the process could not have been easier! Thanks Noah L.!
