I called one day and was given an appointment for two days later. Quite nice. This was a first time visit and everything went off without a hitch. The staff is extremely friendly and personable. Dr. Secoy is great. Good demeanor, also very personable. I am in need of corrective lens and the staff was nice enough to help pick out some nice frames. Not pushy, I wasn't steered in one direction or the other and honest opinions were given.
