“Bill’s saved the day after a big box store failed. After our refrigerator broke, we ordered one from a big national chain. One month & three failed delivery attempts later - we remained without a working refrigerator. We cancelled our order & headed to Bill’s. We ordered the same refrigerator from Bill’s that we had tried to buy from that national chain. This time, we ordered it on a Wednesday & Bill’s had it delivered & installed (& the old one removed) by the following Monday.

We couldn’t have asked for better service from start to finish. We now won’t look anyplace else for our appliances. The salesman was knowledgeable & professional. The delivery team tackled the rough layout of our house & the crazy heat like true pros. Wonderful service all around!“
