“We needed our dryer repaired and got service appointments offered at five days and nine days from two other companies. I called Doyle Patton and Bridget arranged a service call for the following day.

“Fantastic service! Mike was prompt, professional and honest in his recommendations about our washer. We called Crews Appliance after working with another repair company who wasn't able to properly diagnose the problem despite having to come out to our house twice. Mike was willing to check on the error codes over the phone in case he didn't need to come out. He was able to get to us next day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained to us the issues and his honest recommendations. Not to mention the price for his service call beats the competition! “Bill’s saved the day after a big box store failed. After our refrigerator broke, we ordered one from a big national chain. One month & three failed delivery attempts later - we remained without a working refrigerator. We cancelled our order & headed to Bill’s. We ordered the same refrigerator from Bill’s that we had tried to buy from that national chain. This time, we ordered it on a Wednesday & Bill’s had it delivered & installed (& the old one removed) by the following Monday.
We couldn’t have asked for better service from start to finish. We now won’t look anyplace else for our appliances. The salesman was knowledgeable & professional. The delivery team tackled the rough layout of our house & the crazy heat like true pros. Wonderful service all around!“
