I do medical massage a lot for different pains, before or after orthopedic surgery. My clients refer me. I've worked at ME since 2019 and am a valued LMT. Tho the pay isn't good there, I'm seeking a job that pays a lot better.
My experience with Cerner was very unique and could have only happened at this one point in time. COVID... what a punch in the gut she was to all of us. I tried desperately to find a opening for a vaccination near my house but no luck. A friend told me about the vaccination clinic at Cerner so I signed up. I was not sure what to expect but WOW! They had the process down to an art form. Plenty of signs pointed the way into the Cerner complex. There were scores of volunteers, kindly telling people were to go. Then you had a choice to either park your own car or use valet. Valet parking... can you imagine? This was a top notch affair. It was as if they had practiced for the event. From the moment I drove onto the property it was all carefully orchestrated. It took me under 30 minutes to get registered, get vaccinated and sit in recovery. Amazing. I struck up a conversation with one of the organizers and she told me they vaccinated over 3,600 people the previous day alone. The facilities were spotless, everything was easy to access and so completely professional. Staff was helpful, polite and kind. This could not have been run any better. I hated to get the shot but so glad I came here.
Many in my community received both of their vaccinations here and all had the same feedback. Cerner is a model for the whole world as an efficient, organized, and necessary vaccination center. All done with a human heart that at times may seem lost to humanity but was alive and well at Cerner living through the actions and words of their employees and volunteers. A grateful Corporate citizen to a lucky Kansas City.
