Carrie Mertensmeyer is a wonderful and cheerful person to deal with both in person and over the phone. She was adamantly available at almost any waking hour of the day, and did an excellent job walking me through the complicated process of buying a home and made my first buying experience completely painless. She has top notch knowledge of the industry, and I was completely confident and trusting that she was doing everything in her power to make the process as as tailored as possible to my personal and specific needs. Carrie did an outstanding job explaining the entire process from offer to negotiation to close in utmost detail but in a down to earth demeanor with simplified wording to ensure that I fully understood every step of the process.
