Two days before Christmas, on a Saturday, my laptop was no longer booting up. I had vital work-related files that I had not backed up for a month. Thankfully, I found the number for Tony and LADesign amidst my panic. Despite being busy with errands and it being a weekend, Tony was able to take my request that morning and then next day (on a Sunday) I had my files in hand. The following day, on Christmas, I had my laptop back. Tony was patient and professional and was able to fix my laptop issues in a very timely manner even during the holiday season. Tony fixed my laptop in under 24 hours. He made sure my documents were backed up correctly and fixed the settings for my operating system. He's my new go to for future fixes (from a technologically challenged boomer)!
